Laserics offers optical engineering services, laser cutting simulation, and industrial parts manufacturing using high-precision CNC machinery. The B2B platform allows authorized manufacturers to submit technical specifications, simulate cutting processes, and place volume production orders. This service is exclusively directed at legal entities and professionals in the metalworking, automotive, and aerospace sectors.
To use the platform, the client must register by providing truthful and up-to-date information. Laserics reserves the right to verify the data and reject or suspend accounts that violate the conditions. The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

All content, design, software, simulation algorithms, and technical documentation of Laserics are protected by intellectual property laws. The client acquires no rights to these elements, except for a limited license to use the platform in accordance with these terms.
Laserics shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the service. The total liability of Laserics for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order that gave rise to the claim. Cutting simulations are estimation tools; the final result may vary depending on actual material and machine conditions.
Laserics warrants that manufacturing services will be performed in accordance with the agreed specifications. No implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are offered beyond what is expressly agreed in writing. Any claim for defects must be submitted within 5 business days after receiving the order.
Laserics may suspend or cancel access to the platform if the client breaches these terms. The client may cancel their account at any time by written request. Cancellation does not exempt payment for services already rendered.
Laserics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved before the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction or venue.
